        職位一、AP Contractor
        服務描述/ Brief description of service:
        # Initial assignment
        1.Properly file all invoices for the past three years. This is to ensure we don’t hit problem again for future tax audit and annual corporate income tax filing. 
        # Ongoing daily work (detailed KOP attached):
        2.Conduct some compliance checks on invoices received
        3.Scan original invoices from both ETS and EAF claims and properly file them after scan
        4.Provide the scanned information to DKS AP for payments
        5.If  invoices do not comply with Tax requirement after compliance check, request users to resubmit invoice and scan again
        6.Maintain and update missing receipt memo
        # Adhoc support:
        7.Responsible for all invoices related queries and coordination.

        8.College degree or above (大專以上)
        9.Basic English writing skills
        10.Master of Windows and Microsoft office tool (outlook, excel, word)

        職位二、Finance Analyst-Reg. Reporting
        服務描述/ Brief description of service:
        Purpose of the role:
        ?Prepare regulatory reports according to the requirements stipulated by the regulators (CBRC, PBOC, SAFE, NBS, Tax Bureau etc). Regulatory reports will include financials as well as business data;
        ?The preparer will need to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the regulatory reports;
        ?Timely submission according to regulatory deadlines is a must; and
        ?Support Compliance Ratios reporting.
        ?Role Responsibilities:
        ?Responsible for HO or Branch regulatory reporting, including timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the reports
        oCBRC 1104 reports;
        oCBRC location specific reports, eg. Shanghai Q-Reports etc; and
        oMonth-end financial adjustments;
        ?Support Compliance Ratios reporting
        ?Support project work and UAT when required, eg. Report automation project; and
        ?Support other production and control work when required.

        Candidates will ideally have previous experience or qualifications of one  or more of the following:
        ?University degree in Accounting or Finance
        ?1-3 years financial reporting or audit experience;
        ?Relevant experience in foreign banks or accounting firms will be a plus
        ?Experienced user with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables etc)
        ?Positive personality & attitude – Be able to work occasional overtimes to meet deadlines
        ?Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
        ?Good communication (English & mandarin) &interpersonal skills
        ?Professionalism & integrity
        ?Flexibility & adaptability

        職位三、Finance Analyst
        服務描述/ Brief description of service:
        # Branch finance support ( 50%)
        1.Provide support on regulatory compliance, such as report submission and documentation
        2.Help with various onsite and self inspections, including file retrieval and compilation, notice pickup and reports delivery.
        3.Assist with tax issue, including monthly tax filling, tax inspection, registration, and payment submission.
        4.Branch level support, such as invoice / chops/fixed assets / bank cheques /system maintenance.
        5.General Admin, e.g. mailing, copy, managing archive, purchase order, bank chop process etc.
        other support as required.
         
        # Branch compliance support (50%)
        6.Support to compliance internal daily operation, coordination, and documentation.
        7.Regulation and clearance documents database maintenance.
        8.Compliance Regulation Web distribution, translation, and filing.
        9.Others- routine administrative paper work etc. (Chopping, Tel, fax, mail etc.)
        10.Assist in information researching and preparing the report/material.
        11.Deliver documents to regulator in person per request.
        12.To be assigned to attend the regulator’s meeting as per urgent notice in case of absence of Compliance Manager.
        13.Other support as required.

        合同期限——1年,1年后有續簽和轉正機會(3個職位都一樣)
