Corporate Banking Coverage team assistant (2 years contrac..職位描述： 
  Corporate Banking Coverage team assistant (2 years contractor)

JOB SCOPE:
The candidate is expected to support relationship managers in their daily business work. The major tasks include pitch book preparation, report consolidation, daily customer maintenance and administrative support for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assist relationship managers in the deal pitches and follow-up activities as below.
•Outline solution structures for clients and help preparing pitch book for clients under the guidance from RMs;
•Follow up with documentation and execution of deals originated by other RMs;
•Coordinate with Cash Operations, Compliance, Legal and other teams to expedite account opening through assisting with supporting document collection, completing KYC etc,
•Provide necessary support with financial analysis, credit report preparation, follow-up on client meetings and other house-keeping activities such as deal logging
•Daily customer maintenance by supporting RMs in answering customer enquiries;
•Manage the marketing event/client seminars;
•Prepare consolidation reports on a regular basis;

SELECTION CRITERIA
•Client service experience in banking industry or related industries paired with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
•University Degree; Financial related major preferred;
•Basic financial analysis skills preferred;
•Understanding of the China business environment, regulatory regime and market trends;
•Computer literate and proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and etc.;
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
•Good team player and willingness to learn
•Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
•Motivated and result oriented;
