IT Assistant
Responsibilities:
-OA related facilities (i.e. PC, Printer, etc. ) installation and maintenance;
-General administration, e.g., coordination with vendors, writing meeting minutes, etc.;
-Project management tasks, e.g., monitoring of activities, scheduling
-Business analysis, e.g., collection of user requirements, creates test cases, conduct system testing
-Programming, e.g., do system development/programming based on user requirements (simple project)
Requirements:
-Major in computer science or engineering
-Having intern experience in multinational company
-Deep understanding in IE configuration, office(outlook, word, excel) and hardware (i.e. PC) installation.
-Smart and hard working
- Excellent at English both writing and speaking
- Able to work 3-5 days a week, 6 months from March.
- Would like to have short term travel.
