Business Management Intern
JOB SCOPE
Assisting performance management for the whole Private Banking, Business Banking & VIP Client Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support BM in delivery of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance report from bank system, especially weekly sales performance analysis and ranking report.
* Assist in sales related figure delivery
* Help communicating with business lines, and further assist in continuously monitoring the effect and efficiencies of performance tracking
* Work with related parties to ensure all performance tracking follows rules and that relevant sales performance KPI are carried out smoothly.
* Assist /participate other performance management issue.
* 3 days a week, standard pay, 6 month to 1 year tenor, English working language

SELECTION CRITERIA

* Strong Excel / Access skills, detail oriented, at least 6 months commitment on the internship
* Senior bachelor student (MA candidate) / Master student required, computer science background preferred
* Previous internship experience in Finance industry preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills, High degree of personal initiative and self-driven
