Position: Intern Student, SOE Team
Department: Institutional Banking Group (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities
 Conduct company search, land search, valuation report and loan card e
nquiry for new established/ reviewed facilities
 Help RM collect loan documents/ security documents and other supporti
ng documents from customer and arrange facility disbursement
 Help customer to arrange drawdown/ rollover/ remittance and other tra
nsactions
 Prepare account opening documents, help RM to conduct Due Diligence o
n customer
 Handle customer enquiry
 Follow up past due loans to chase customers to settle overdue items
 Prepare documents for equipment mortgage registration
 Coordinate with solicitor to arrange documents for property mortgage
registration
 Help arrange insurance for mortgaged property/machinery
 Prepare various management report such as Sales Tracking Report, Cust
omer Limit Report, Facility coming due report, and Fees Register etc

Requirements
 Major in Banking, Finance or Accounting
 Fluent in English
 Colleague student with attendance of 4-5 days per week
 Team player
 Well organized and detail oriented
 Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
