瑞士瑞信銀行（Credit Suisse)原名為瑞士信貸，2006年，正式更名瑞信。成立于1856年，總部設(shè)在瑞士蘇黎世，是全球第五大財(cái)團(tuán)，瑞士第二大的銀行(僅次于它的長(zhǎng)期競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手UBS瑞士聯(lián)合銀行)，是一家經(jīng)營(yíng)個(gè)人、公司金融服務(wù)、銀行產(chǎn)品及退休金、保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)的投資銀行和金融服務(wù)公司。在五十多個(gè)國(guó)家有分公司，公司總投資為兩百四十五億美元，管理財(cái)產(chǎn)為一萬(wàn)一千九百五十三億瑞士法郎。

瑞士瑞信銀行在中國(guó)
　　早在1955年，瑞士信貸銀行就與中國(guó)銀行建立了帳戶(hù)行關(guān)系，后又在1957年建立了代理關(guān)系。1985年，瑞士信貸銀行在北京設(shè)立代表處，成為第一家在北京設(shè)立代表處的瑞士銀行。1992年，瑞士信貸銀行又在上海開(kāi)辦了代表處。1994年，上海代表處升級(jí)為分行，瑞士信貸一躍成為第一家在中國(guó)開(kāi)設(shè)分行的瑞士銀行。1993年，瑞士信貸第一波士頓成為第一家在北京設(shè)立代表處的美國(guó)投資銀行。

　　2000年，瑞士信貸集團(tuán)所屬的豐泰保險(xiǎn)公司成功地參股中國(guó)泰康人壽保險(xiǎn)公司，成為較早參與中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的外國(guó)金融機(jī)構(gòu)之一。

　　從1992年至今，瑞士信貸第一波士頓已經(jīng)為中國(guó)各大機(jī)構(gòu)籌集了60多億美元資金。其中的四次是中國(guó)政府發(fā)行的債券、1987年中國(guó)以德國(guó)馬克發(fā)行的主權(quán)債券、和1987年中國(guó)政府首次以美元發(fā)行的全球債券。其中最主要的交易是參與中國(guó)政府1998年成功發(fā)行的10億美元全球債券。

　　從1993年開(kāi)始，銀行參與了6次可轉(zhuǎn)換債券發(fā)行和6次股票發(fā)行。其中包括廣東投資有限公司發(fā)行的第一份可轉(zhuǎn)換債券；中國(guó)華晨汽車(chē)公司的第一次首次公開(kāi)發(fā)行以及山東華能電力開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司在紐約股票交易所的第一次直接掛牌上市。

　　1998年6月，瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行上海分行獲準(zhǔn)經(jīng)營(yíng)人民幣業(yè)務(wù)，以滿(mǎn)足大上海地區(qū)的外國(guó)以及合資企業(yè)對(duì)人民幣的需求。同時(shí)，瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行在外國(guó)直接投資的配套人民幣市場(chǎng)上，脫穎而出，成為一家主要的外國(guó)銀行。最近的服務(wù)包括參與為上海柯達(dá)提供的2.5億美元的聯(lián)合貸款。1999年8月2 日，瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行上海分行又得到許可，有權(quán)滿(mǎn)足浙江和江蘇兩省外國(guó)和合資企業(yè)對(duì)外匯和人民幣的需求。

Step 1: Submit Your Online Application

This is an opportunity to really sell yourself, so make sure you provide relevant and specific information that will set you apart from other applicants.

Complete the online application and upload your resume and cover letter at the end of the form. Your cover letter needs to outline the reasons you've chosen to apply, and explain why the position and location you've selected interests you.

Try to keep the information you provide as concise as possible. We encourage people to keep their resume to a maximum of one page. Also, you don't need to include a photo.

You will be asked to complete the online numerical and verbal reasoning tests straight after you submit your application, so be prepared to complete these straight away. You will only get one opportunity to complete these tests.

Here are a few checks to make before submitting your application:    

• Make sure your contact details are correct. It sounds obvious, but if you've made a mistake, we may not be able to get in touch, and you may miss the chance for an interview.
• Carefully select the appropriate region and program. If you select the wrong region or program, you will have to create a new application.

Step 2: First Round of the Interview Process

Be yourself. The interview is likely to consist of one or more 30-minute competency-based interviews and will focus on your interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Your application will be reviewed by both the business area you have chosen and by Campus Recruitment. If you are selected for an interview, your first round will likely take place over the telephone and will be conducted by senior level managers.

Step 3: The Final Round
Really know your stuff. The final round will consist of two to three interviews and the focus will be on your problem-solving abilities as well as your soft-skills. At this stage, we also try to provide you with a good idea of what the program will entail and the type of work you could be exposed to on a day to day basis.


Step 4: Considering an Offer
Don't hesitate to ask a lot of questions. Soon after your final round, we will contact you to tell you the results of your interviews. If you receive an offer, a number of representatives will be available to answer your questions about Credit Suisse or about the offer itself.

It's also a good idea to speak to people-industry professionals, seniors in school who may have interacted with or interned at Credit Suisse, careers officers, etc.-who can offer you additional perspectives, as this will help you make an informed decision. We encourage you to respond with your decision in a prompt fashion but, of course, only after you have carefully evaluated the offer.
