Operator Clerk-IT Division
職位描述： 
  Position: Operator

Report to: IT – Operations Section Chief

Responsibilities:
• To execute routine and non-routine operation tasks according to Operation Manual, Production Plan, and Job Tickets
• To receive and record all incident report, ad-hoc requests, and Change Requests from End Users
• To inspect software and hardware resource utilization, report abnormalities to Operation Lead
• To distribute and store all off line media
• To collect audit records of Job Tickets, distribute to IT Division Manager and Internal Audit, and maintain central filing / storage
• To perform other tasks as assigned by IT – Operations Section Chief

Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
• Bachelor degree in Computer or other related field
• Understanding on IT operation.
• Basic Understanding bank IT system thoroughly

Skills
• Need to be on working shift
• Basic understanding on Computer system and network
• Good understanding on system and network operation procedure
• Willingness to following all management policy/ procedure

Experience
Fresh graduate is a plus.
