職位描述： Job duties:
- To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to (potential) customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
- To explore new business opportunity through cold calls

Job requirements:
- University graduate preferred
- Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
- Fluent spoken English and mandarin
- Logical thinking and good presentation
- Basic PC knowledge
- Flexibility to turn the day and night shift
